Our product line covers almost every need your business may have for general lab supplies, medical and surgical supplies, and medical diagnostic equipment.  Please contact us to hear about our entire product line.  If you do not find what you need or you feel our product line to be deficient in any area, please let us know so that we may improve our catalog for you and all of our customers.  Also, if you are in need of a product not listed in our catalog, call for a special order.  We still may be able to provide what you need!

Open Account Terms:

Our terms for customers with open accounts is net 30 days.

Overdue Accounts:

Accounts that are past due are subject to interest charges of 1.5%, 18% annually.

COD Delivery Accounts:

Only phone orders will be shipped COD cash, money orders, or visa/mastercard by UPS.

Return Policy:

Please note that we will not accept any used items for return.  All items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days.  After 30 days, all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you have any claims about damaged or defective items, please call us at        (630)983-5959 or email us within 20 days of receipt.
